Hello, I’m looking for a land in this area (Cuglieri, Bosa..) and Sa Tiria looks promising. Could you tell me if there is any access to water? Any stream nearby?
Also on one picture there is an old shepherd shed. Is it registered as a building? In other words is it possible to build a small (wooden?) house on that land?
all the best,
Jan

Dear Jan,
Many thanks for your enquiry. The property has not access to water and there is not a stream across the land. It should be possible to apply for permission to try and get a well.
The old shepherd shed is visible on the map but it is not registered as a building so according to the present regulation it is not possible to build a small house. The Region was planning to change the law and reduce the minimum size to build a house in the countryside to 1 hectare instead of the present regulation that requires 3 hectares. But we don’t know if and when it will pass.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Simona Atzori

Hello,
I’m reading the previous comment now, 4 years later. I was just wondering if the law to build a small building on 1 hectare of land has passed? Are people allowed to build tool sheds and small structures for storage and refreshment on their non-buildable land? Are the regulations different for each region?
Thank you so much.
